I bought some 13 year old mud tires with cracks in the sidewalls. Are they okay to drive on?

The tread is great only 30,000 on the tires but there are some cracks in the sidewalls not too deep but deep enough. Should i not use them?
They are mounted on rims and are holding air are they still bad to drive on?

I would not dare get them on the street. they are weather check and dry rotting away.
