Question by : I want to fill my pool with dirt.?
Hi . I want to fill my pool with dirt and mud. One of my friend works for a tire company and he told me he can provide me some tires free of cost which i can use in bottom of the pool. Just want to know is it OK to use tires to fill a pool. Tires are flammable product so not sure if it will be OK to use it. my pool is 5 feet deep.

Thanks

I think gravel/boulder would be safer

Question by slipknot01299: Can you ride a touring bike on a dirt road when it rains if you have cyclocross tires on it?
Im wondering cause I want to use a touring bike for commuting everyday and I live on dirt roads. Would mud do anything bad to a touring bike?

It will cause excessive wear on items such as the chain and sprockets, and the braking surfaces.
Regular cleaning will help lessen the problems.
The tyres should cope, as long as the tracks aren’t too muddy.
I guess that much or the rest of your journey will be on paved surfaces, so multi terrain tyres, such as cyclocross, will be the best.
